Our family had a fantastic stay at Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge! The spacious Deluxe Studio Waterview provided stunning views of the water, and we enjoyed sipping coffee on our private patio. The staff, especially David and the breakfast lady, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The bathroom could use some updates.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the comfortable rooms, free wi-fi, and friendly staff. They made my first stay special by helping my parents with kindness. I’m coming back soon for a city trip!

The Mercure offered a peaceful and tranquil stay, with superb staff who were always ready to assist. The Lakeview room provided a lovely view, and the dining experience was outstanding, with fresh, beautifully presented meals that exceeded expectations. The location allowed easy exploration of Kangaroo Island's attractions, and the buffet breakfast was also enjoyable.

Our stay was nothing short of enchanting! We had a spacious Superior King Bayview room with a lovely balcony, where we soaked in breathtaking sunrises. The restaurant's food was delightful, and the staff made every moment enjoyable. Plus, the local wildlife was a treat, especially the glossy black cockatoos on our walks!

A magical stay by the bay

Waking up to the breathtaking views of the bay was simply magical. The staff were attentive, creating a warm atmosphere that felt like a second home.

Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired and could use a complete overhaul. We were a bit disappointed with the limited menu options during our stay.

The homemade Majorcan products at the restaurant were a culinary delight, turning every meal into an epicurean adventure. Plus, the lovely water views from our balcony and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like home.

While the price was steep, the outdated facilities needed a touch-up. The pool was over-salted and the driveways could use some smoothing out. we even had a little accident there.

during my stay, I was captivated by the amazing wildlife walks behind the property where I spotted koalas and various birds, and the friendly staff always made me feel welcome and assisted with my questions, which enriched my overall experience.
